Terms of service

By placing an order on this store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products. All items sold are downloadable digital files (title packs, presets, LUTs, motion graphics templates) for use with third-party video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve). We do not sell physical goods.

2. License. Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own personal or commercial video projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original files as-is, in whole or in part, with third parties.

3. Payment. All prices are shown in the store's currency at checkout and must be paid in full before delivery.

4. Digital delivery and right of withdrawal. Files are delivered electronically immediately after payment. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, per applicable EU/Italian consumer law on non-tangible digital content.

5. Liability. Products are provided "as is." We are not liable for compatibility issues with software versions we do not explicitly list as supported, nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the files.

6. Governing law. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
