Refund policy

All products sold in this store are digital content delivered in a non-tangible form (title packs, presets, LUTs and motion graphics templates for video editing software), made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable EU and Italian consumer protection law on digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium.

Refunds. Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued or a file has been delivered, except where the content is defective, corrupted, or materially different from its description. In that case, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will provide a replacement file or a refund at our discretion.
